  • HDFC: The bank’s loan book stood at Rs 8,367 crore in the fourth quarter compared to Rs 7,503 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The bank’s gross income from dividends stood at Rs 128 crore on 31 March 2022.

  • Electronic Bharat: It achieves a turnover of Rs 15,000 crore during FY2021-2 against a turnover of Rs 13,818 crore. The company’s order book as of April 1 is around Rs 57,000 crore.

  • avenue supermarkets: Independent operating income for the quarter ended March at Rs 8,606.09 crore.

  • IGL The company raised the price of piped gas by Rs 5/SCM in Delhi. It also increases the price of CNG by Rs 0.8/kg from April 1.

  • MotoCorp Hero: The company’s sales fell by 21.98% in March 2022. Sales stood at 4,50,154 units compared to 5,76,957 in March 2021.

  • PVR: The company suspended operations of 23 screens in 9 properties upon expiration of its lease with Cineline India.

  • Dr Reddy’s: The company will acquire the cardiovascular brand Cidmus from Novartis AG for $61 million.

  • TVS engines: The company’s sales fell by 4.55% in March 2022. Sales stood at 3,07,954 units compared to 3,22,643 in March 2021.

  • JSW Energy: The company’s subsidiary, JSW Neo Energy, joined with the Chhattisgarh government to establish a 1,000 MW capacity of the Pumped-Hydraulic Storage Project, viz. Hasdev Bango pumped storage project in Chhattisgarh.

  • Eicher engines: The company’s sales were up 2.45% in March 2022. Sales stood at 67,677 units compared to 66,058 in March 2021.

  • Future company: The company has defaulted a total amount of Rs 2,835.65 crore as of March 31 with a consortium of banks and lenders under the single resolution plan.

  • angel one: The company declared an interim dividend of Rs 7 per share of nominal value of Rs 10 per share.

  • HCL Technologies: The company will consider an interim dividend declaration on April 21 and 22.

  • Electrical network: The company has transferred the remaining 26% shareholding of Powergrid Vizag Transmission to PGlnvlT at a price of Rs 330.78 crore. The company has relinquished its claim on additional revenue accrued by Powergrid Parli Transmission, Powergrid Warora Transmission and Powergrid Jabalpur Transmission to PGlnvlT for Rs 304.15 crore.

  • Cummins India: Cummins Research and Technology, a 50:50 joint venture between the company and its US arm is voluntarily liquidated. CRTIPL, as of March 31, 2021 was Rs. 279 lakhs constituting 0.059% of the consolidated net worth of the company.

  • L&T Technology Services: The company will consider the declaration of dividends on April 21.

  • NTPC: The company has commissioned a 250 MW captive power unit, in Rourkela, Odisha, from joint venture NTPC Sail Power. The installed and commercial capacity of NSPCL has become 1064 MW, while the installed capacity of NTPC group has become 68881.68 MW.

  • Supreme Petrochemical: The company has received approval from NCLT for the reduction of paid-up share capital from Rs 94.02 crore to Rs 37.6 crore by reducing the par value from Rs 10 to Rs 4 each.

  • Acrylic: The UK division of the company will acquire 100% of the shares of Tickford Orange, UK, along with its wholly owned operating subsidiary, Sylmar Technology, for £11m. STL is a manufacturer, distributor and customiser of high quality solid surface kitchen and bathroom products for both domestic and commercial purposes to markets throughout the UK.

  • Sandhar Technology: The company secured the machining business of TVS Motors Company. With the award of this business, the company enters the foundry machining business.

  • Alkem Laboratories: ISP Chile had carried out an inspection at the Company’s manufacturing facilities located in Daman, India, from March 28, 2022 to April 1, 2022. No observations critical to good manufacturing practices were detected.

  • subex: The company has executed the transfer of Subex Assurance LLP’s Revenue Maximization Solutions business to the company.

  • PTC India: The company recorded a volume of 8.745 million power units in fiscal year 2021-22.

  • Overall Vaibhav: The company has acquired 15 lakh shares of Vaibhav Lifestyle raising its stake from 75% to 100%.

  • Bhageria Industries: The company has commissioned 4.5 MW solar power projects in Ahmednagar as a turnkey EPC project for a client for captive consumption.
